How it works

Three steps. Then it’s fixed.

Built for people who manage property — not a DIY consumer helpline.

  1. Report it and pay the call-out

Send the job by form or email. Tell us who you are, the address, the urgency and what failed. The £99 call-out is paid before anyone sets out.

  2. We triage and send the right trade

We qualify the issue, access and urgency, then brief and dispatch the engineer. You are not asked to assemble a trade list yourself.

  3. They attend — you get the evidence

The engineer makes safe and completes what they can. Anything beyond the call-out is quoted before it continues. Photos and a written report come back with the job.

Who it’s for

Landlords, letting agents and property managers.

One desk for portfolios, lets and the people responsible for them.

Landlords

One place to report a leak, a lockout or a boiler at 9pm — without ringing around yourself.

Letting agents

A single process across every landlord you represent. Jobs logged, trades assigned, evidence returned.

Property managers

Reactive cover for blocks, lets and mixed portfolios, with reporting you can file — not chase.

Trades

The work we take.

The model

Pay per call-out. Not a cover plan.

Annual home-emergency insurance asks you to choose a policy, pay a monthly premium, then claim and often pay an excess. A typical contractor asks you to call for a quote. NPR publishes the attendance fee up front.

Coverage

One desk. UK-wide intent.

A national response line for property professionals across England, Scotland and Wales. Regional availability will be confirmed as the engineer network is built — we will say so if we cannot take a job in your area yet.

England

Reactive and emergency call-outs for lets, blocks and managed property.

Scotland

The same process and published call-out, reported to one desk.

Wales

Instruct by form or email from wherever you manage the portfolio.

Trust

Plain about who we are.

No invented response-time percentages, no placeholder statistics, no testimonials we have not earned yet.

Published price

The call-out is £99, paid before the visit. You see the attendance fee before anyone is sent.

Evidence on every job

Photographs and a written note of what was found and what was done — useful for landlords, agents and insurers.

Company formation in progress

National Property Response Ltd is being formed (Your Company Formations order 6230014). It is not yet showing as incorporated at Companies House. The registered office will be published here when it is confirmed.

No fake portal or app

You do not need a login to raise a job. There is no membership area, live-chat widget or engineer-tracking map on this site — and we will not pretend there is until those tools exist.

Questions

Quick answers

What does the £99 include?

The call-out, paid before the visit, covers attendance and the initial diagnosis. Parts, extra labour and any return visit are agreed with you before they are added.

Do I need a monthly plan?

No. NPR is a pay-per-call emergency line, not an insurance policy or membership. There is no excess and no claim to file.

Can my tenant instruct you directly?

The landlord, letting agent or property manager instructs us. If you want us to speak to a tenant about access, say so when you report the job.

Is the 0330 number live?

Not yet. A national 0330 line is planned. Until it is, report a job on this site or email hello@npr.services.

If you smell gas Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first, then tell us once the property is safe.

When something fails, report it once.

Pay the £99 call-out before the visit. We send an engineer and get it fixed, with photos and a report when it’s done.
